Brother Ben's Cajun Pasta [Ft. The Lottie]

A smoky sausage creamy cajun alfredo, if you will. This recipe comes from our Brother Ben and uses only five ingredients - ready in less than 20 min!


  • 1 Pack of THE LOTTIE
  • 4-6 Cups Pasta (we like Rigatoni) 
  • 2 Cups Heavy Cream
  • ½ Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp of Cajun Seasoning or Equivalent 
  • Optional: Parsley for garnish


  • Boil a pot of water and cook the pasta of your choice according to package directions.
  • While the pasta is cooking, slice THE LOTTIE into medallions.
  • In a skillet or large saucepan, add the medallions and brown for 4-5 minutes on medium-heat, flipping to sear both sides. 
  • Add heavy cream and the Cajun seasoning to the skillet; bring to a boil for a minute and then reduce heat. 
  • Simmer for a few minutes until the mixture begins to thicken. Remove from heat and add in Parmesan cheese.
  • Finally, add pasta to the sauce and mix.
  • Option to serve with parsley and you’re done!
