

INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb of Lottie’s Ground Pork Sausage - (both the “Everyday” or “Calabrian” blends work)!
- cheese 🧀 (we used gouda)
- mini peppers 🌶️
- more cheese 🧀 (we also used cream cheese)

DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven 350°.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook sausage, breaking it apart into small pieces, for ~6 minutes until browned.
- Remove from heat and set aside in a mixing bowl.
- Wash and slice mini peppers in half lengthwise (remove the seeds) and lay out on a lined baking sheet.
- Add cheeses to the mixing bowl with sausage and mix together.
- Stuff each pepper half with the mixture
- Bake for ~25 minutes until peppers are softened to your liking and cheese is golden brown.
