Stuffed Peppers with Lottie's Everyday Sausage

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat the oven 350°.
  • In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook sausage, breaking it apart into small pieces, for ~6 minutes until browned.
  • Remove from heat and set aside in a mixing bowl.
  • Wash and slice mini peppers in half lengthwise (remove the seeds) and lay out on a lined baking sheet.
  • Add cheeses to the mixing bowl with sausage and mix together.
  • Stuff each pepper half with the mixture
  • Bake for ~25 minutes until peppers are softened to your liking and cheese is golden brown.
