After thawing, we like to crumble into a skillet over medium-heat, breaking apart and stirring, until cooked through or browned (internal temperature is 160°F).

The ground pork products are raw. Unopened, they keep about 5–7 days in the fridge from frozen. Once opened, enjoy within 3–4 days for peak flavor.

Absolutely. For best results, we recommend freezing up to 6 months (but they can last in the freezer for a year). Thaw overnight in the fridge before cooking.

We think the Everyday Ground Pork Sausage has a little heat at the end of each bite because of the chile flake  - but nothing too over-bearing! Not too fiery, but not shy - maybe a 6/10 in our book!
