Raised on their family's sixth-generation pork farm in southern Illinois, the sisters combine culinary expertise with business savvy to reimagine sausage for the modern kitchen. Chelsey, a chef, spent years developing recipes using whole-muscle cuts of pork loin and shoulder before Cassie, fresh off an MBA and a decade at Google, joined to help build the business. "We kind of had this perfect pairing," Chelsey says.
