Lottie's Meats Featured on Denver's 9News

Lottie's Meats, a Denver-based, sister-founded, all-natural pork sausage company, is featured on 9News' Colorado and Company in a segment titled "Not Your Average Sausage."

Founded by sisters Cassie and Chelsey, who grew up on a sixth-generation pork farm in southern Illinois, Lottie's was created to challenge the perception that sausage has to be highly processed. Instead of trimmings, fillers, nitrates, or nitrites, the company uses whole-muscle cuts of pork loin and shoulder, along with premium spice blends, to create chef-crafted sausage products with up to 50% less fat than the leading pork sausage brand.

In just two years, Lottie's Meats has grown from regional specialty retailers to nearly 500 retail locations nationwide.
