Each Lottie's Bratwurst is 3 ounces of fully-cooked snappy goodness - filled with all-natural pork, fresh mustard seeds, ginger and nutmeg. This is a good-for-you ‘wurst that packs the protein, flavor and fun.

Loved the subtle spice of the OG, and the Calabrian was made into a delicious pasta with white beans and kale. 10/10 will order again.

I ordered the starter pack to try some of everything. It arrived at my door well packaged and still frozen! The Calabrian was perfect with pasta and vodka sauce, the Everyday made the best sausage biscuit and we loved the hint of maple! Can’t beat the snap and bite of the brat and I cannot express my graditution for making the OG Lottie with finer clean cuts of pork that is guilt free and everybody approved!
