Everyday Sausage Breakfast Burrito 🌯

Our Everyday (Breakfast) Ground Pork Sausage with eggs, potatoes and thee best zesty & creamy dipping sauce. Try for yourself and tell us it is the best 'rito ever!

INGREDIENTS

For the Green Avocado Yogurt Sauce:

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 jalapeno
  • 1 lime, juice
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • Cilantro
  • ¼ cup oil 
  • Garlic powder

DIRECTIONS

  • In a sheet pan roast the potatoes and onions, season with salt, pepper and paprika. Roast at 400 for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. 
  • In a sheet pan lined with parchment paper add a dozen eggs and season. Cook at 350 for 10-15 minutes until eggs are set. 
  • On the side, heat a pan and break apart ground pork sausage into crumbles. Pan fry for 7-9 minutes on medium-high heat. Set aside.
  • For the yogurt sauce, combine all ingredients in the processor and season with salt to taste.
  • Assemble burritos as you see fit! After wrapping, we like to pan fry for a minute on each side to get a little CRISP! Enjoy!
