🌭The Lottie with Honey Miso Cabbage & Cucumber Radish Salad 

The perfect 30-minute sheet pan meal featuring our signature smoked sausage, The Lottie, with charred cabbage, sweet-spicy honey miso, and a refreshing cucumber radish salad.

INGREDIENTS

Honey miso glaze: 

  • 2 tbsp light miso paste 
  • 2 tbsp honey 
  • 1-2 tsp red pepper flakes 
  • 1-2 cloves garlic minced 

Cucumber radish slaw: 

  • 1 cup julienned cucumbers 
  • 1/2 cup julienned watermelon radish 
  • 2-3 tbsp chopped parsley and dill 
  • 1 tbsp olive oil 
  • 1/2 lemon juiced 
  • salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

  • Prep the Glaze
    Preheat the oven to 450F. Combine honey, miso, pepper flakes, and garlic in a bowl and set aside. 
  • Prepare the Sheet Pan
    Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and lightly drizzle with olive oil. 
  • Roast the Cabbage & Sausages
    Slice cabbage in half and divide into 5-6 wedges. Carefully place the wedges on the sheet pan and spread the miso glaze on each one. Add sausages to the sheet pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cabbage begins to char on the edges. 
  • Make the Slaw
    Combine cucumber, radish, and herbs in a bowl. Lightly dress with the olive oil, lemon, salt, and pepper. 
  • Plate & Serve
    Plate everything and enjoy.

Tip: For extra flavor, let the honey miso glaze sit for 5 minutes before brushing on the cabbage.
