The Lottie: Sausage Spiral Bites with Mustard Dipping Sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pack of The Lottie
  • 1/4 cup grainy mustard 
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar 
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar 
  • 1 tsp worcestershire 
  • 2 tbsp mayo

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Combine mustard, worcestershire, vinegar, and brown sugar. Set aside half and add 2 tbsp mayo to the other half. The mayo half will be your dipping sauce. 
  3. Cut little indents into your Lottie’s sausage links (but make sure it isn’t all the way through). Then, cut links into small one-inch sections. 
  4. Coat the sausage in the mustard sauce (the one without the mayo) and bake on 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Put the oven on broil and cook for another 5 minutes, or until the sausages have a nice char on them. 
  5. Serve with the dipping sauce and enjoy! Go sports!
