INGREDIENTS
- 1 pack of The Lottie
- 1/4 cup grainy mustard
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp worcestershire
- 2 tbsp mayo
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
- Combine mustard, worcestershire, vinegar, and brown sugar. Set aside half and add 2 tbsp mayo to the other half. The mayo half will be your dipping sauce.
- Cut little indents into your Lottie’s sausage links (but make sure it isn’t all the way through). Then, cut links into small one-inch sections.
- Coat the sausage in the mustard sauce (the one without the mayo) and bake on 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Put the oven on broil and cook for another 5 minutes, or until the sausages have a nice char on them.
- Serve with the dipping sauce and enjoy! Go sports!
