Bratwurst with Pistakio Beet Relish
Wow. Pistakio is a 10/10! We loved pairing their OG pistachio spread with our snappy brat and some pickled veggies. Try for yourself - recipe below!
RECIPE
- 1 Pack of Lottie’s Bratwurst
- 1/2 Cup: Pickled Beets & Onions Mixture (we love Mountain Girl Pickles or make your own with ⅓ cup white vinegar, 2 tbsp sugar, ⅔ cup water & a pinch of salt)!
- 1 Tbsp Mustard Seeds (if you can’t tell, we are obsessed with The Mustard by Cien Chiles)
- 1 Tbsp of Pistakio (or 100)!
- A little dill for garnish 💃
