INGREDIENTS:

• 1 pack Lottie’s Bratwurst, quartered lengthwise and small diced 
• 16 oz sauerkraut
• 6 oz white cheddar, shredded
• 6 oz Swiss cheese, shredded 
• 1 cup mayo
• ½ tsp mustard powder
• 1 tsp black pepper
• Fresh dill or chives for garnish
• Optional: 1 onion, sauté or carmelized

INSTRUCTIONS:

• Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
• Drain sauerkraut and place in mixing bowl. Add both cheeses, mayo and diced bratwurst. (And dusted onion or carmelized onions if you so choose) 
•  Season with mustard powder and pepper and mix well. 
• Fill mixture into a 9x13 greased baking dish and bake for 30 mins, until slightly golden and bubbling.
• Let rest for 5 and garnish with minced chives or picked dill.
• Serve warm with toasted rye bread or crackers. Enjoy!
