Classic Oktoberfest Beer Bratwurst
Our snappy bratwurst, served & prepared with your favorite brew to get a beautiful snap and caramelization -- enjoy on a pretzel bun with classic toppings and voila!!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Pack of Lottie’s Bratwurst
- Pretzel buns
- Whole grain mustard
- McClure's Sauerkraut
INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat Bratwurst in a skillet on med-high heat with ¼ cup water or your favorite beer. Cover and let cook for 4-5 minutes. Remove lid and flip to get lock in those flavors and secure the SNAP!
- Cook for a few more minutes, allowing both sides to caramelize.
- (Optional) Toast your pretzel buns.
- Spread your favorite whole grain mustard on the pretzel bun.
- Place brat atop bun and top with sauerkraut. We love McClure's!!
- Serve hot & enjoy with your favorite Oktoberfest brew. 🍻
