September 2024 Happenings

The MONTH OF AUGIE 👶 is a wrap! And of course, the highlight of the month was our manager's first birthday party (…but we have a few others to call out):

This month, we surpassed 75 “events” for the year (meaning, we have had over 75 in-person pop ups, markets, samplings, etc., since we started this whole sausage thing! And we think they just keep getting better and better)?! In August, we hosted our lovely new friend, Chef Hej Hej, for a Nordic Hot Dog Pop Up and celebrated Cohesion Brewery's 3-Year Anniversary Party with some of our fan-faves: the Mac & Cheese and Caesar 🌭🌭🌭. 

We also attended our very first trade show (!!!) And, we spent a few action-packed days in Chicago, checking out production facilities, discovering new stores, and teaming up with some new partners.  

But the real highlight? Swinging by our home farm in Southern Illinois to briefly meet with the incredible team that makes this whole sausage thing so special. ❤️

Oh, and we welcomed some new stores including:

• 📍 Cheese Shop of Breckenridge, CO
