A Quick Look Back on 2023

2023 was a building year for Lottie’s. A few months ago, we decided (with our manager, Augie 👶) that we would reset and start laying the groundwork to have a big 2024 - the year of Lottie’s!
We have a big goal to help create a more equitable & sustainable food system while making sure high-quality pork is accessible to everyone. And if we are going to create products that taste good, do good and make you feel good, we need to push ourselves and the entire ecosystem to innovate and grow up. So here we are! We’re doing this for real, for real. Lottie's is growing up!
The last few months, we've talked to a lot of invaluable mentors, partners & friends. And we have learned a lot. We started making moves. We sold some sausages. We sold some merch. We formed strong partnerships. We joined 1% for the Planet and made our first “corporate” donation to the Women’s Bean Project. ❤️ 
And, we're just getting started.

Which Brings Us to 2024

January is going to be a busy month for us with a new sausage drop, private events, pop ups and launching into new retail independent shops & wholesale accounts!
